Repair on existing systems; What you can expect

A licensed technician will arrive at your home within the time window that was provided by the office. The technician will be wearing shoe covers to protect your home from the outside environment (our job is to make less work for you not more). The appointment will begin by asking a series questions that will assist in diagnosing the problem. Once the technician has located the problem they will go over the cost and options that you have before the work begins.

Upon your approval, the technician will make the necessary repairs and run the system through its cycles to make sure that there are no other underlying causes. If you have other questions or service issues that you would like to discuss with the technician they will be happy to assist you.

Our technicians are equipped to accept all major credit cards, checks, or cash. A receipt along with the description of work will be left for your records and is always available in our facility.
