EFFICIENCY AND SAFETY AGREEMENT

Our Safety and Efficiency program is designed to insure that your heating and air conditioning equipment gets the maintenance it needs. Keeping up with the maintenance on your equipment will extend the life expectancy of the equipment and will help reduce costly utility bills.

Maintenance will be scheduled during Celco’s normal working hours, 8:00 am to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, except holidays. After normal working hours or weekend scheduling is available for an additional charge. All scheduling will be coordinated through Celco’s office operations.

This agreement does not include parts or labor for any repairs needed as a result of Celco’s findings during the scheduled maintenance. Findings of needed repairs will be brought to your attention and will require your approval prior to the commencement of any repair work.
